The technical scheme adopted by the 3 + 3 layer press to solve its technical problems is as follows:
- The equipment is divided into two layers: both the upper and lower layers can press multi-layer templates, and the moving pressure plate between the two layers is completed by the hydraulic pressure of the oil cylinder, that is, the piston of the cylinder compacts the upper layer plate when it is up and compacts the lower layer when it is down. so there is no need to load the upper and lower cylinders at the same time, saving the number of the cylinder and the frame of the press table, and also saving the space of the equipment.
- In order to reduce the total height of the equipment, the Z type connecting part between the the movable plate of the press table and the oil ear part of the piston rod is specially designed; and such Z type connecting part elevates the position of the cylinder fulcrum. The total height of the equipment is reduced by the same advance.
- In order to simplify the drawing action and save the drawing time, the bottom of the hook with arc surface is specially designed, and the hook oil cylinder with pulley is used to complete the operation. When drawing a mould, the hook oil cylinder is lifted up, the drawing part of the arc surface of the die passes through the pulley on the top of the hook oil cylinder, lifts and reaches the hook, and the oil cylinder of the hook is taken back, the drawing part of the arc surface of the die can catch the template and move the die through the motor of the moving die.
